Looking for a hardworking and outgoing individual to manage the operations of the Night Stalkers Haunted Trail by building, setting up, maintaining the haunted trail attraction and at the conclusion of the season breaking down all temporary scenes.    Assists the Haunt Director with monitoring the attraction and Haunters closely to ensure top working order, performance and safety to provide the best possible guest experience for every patron. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Haunt Director

• Managing Haunt Leads, Make-up artists and all Haunters.

• Making necessary repairs and performing maintenance to keep the attraction in top running condition.

• Keeping attraction clean and free of hazards

• Assisting with setting up all aspects of the Night Stalkers Haunted Trail.

• Assisting with opening and closing protocols.

• Maintaining efficient through put of the attraction.

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and restrictions.

• Addressing guests’ minor complaints or concerns and rectifying the situation appropriately.

• Addressing haunt staff minor complaints or concerns and rectifying the situation appropriately

• Escorting Patrons who have broken rules out of the attraction.

• Assisting with ensuring safe behavior of guests and all Haunted Trail Staff 

• Implementing Safety Plan and Emergency Plan as needed.

• Training Leads and Haunters.

• Responsible for providing the best possible guest experience for every patron.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

​

•  High School Degree or GED

• Must be 18 or older

• 2 years experience preferred

• ​Ability to complete hard manual labor

• Ability to use a variety of power tools

• Ability to manage teams

• Ability to work with the public in a positive manner

• Ability to appropriately handle an emergency situation

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time

• Ability to lift and or move between 50 and 100 pounds

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions to include direct sunlight, wind, rain, snow, heat or cold

• Maintaining a clean work environment 

• Ability to maintain alertness, attentiveness, concentration and focus

• Climb stairs/ Ladders

• Ability to work at heights with or without railings or over open pits greater than 4 feet.

• Balance

• Ability to work in varied light conditions including diminished lighting

•  Ability to work in wet or muddy conditions (weather and non-weather)

• Ability to work in an environment with special effects including but not limited to fog, foam, bubbles, audio effects and varied lighting effects including strobe lamps.

• Ability to tolerate loud noise.

• Stoop, Bend, Kneel, Crouch or Crawl

• Will be exposed to Bodily Fluids (blood, urine, vomit)
